Who ever said there is no "I" in team?

So........... I competed at the NOCFL City Tournament this past weekend. I managed to place 1st in each of my 3 rounds of OO (original oratory) and then I was ranked 1st by all three judges in finals. I won 1st place in OO and I am know qualified to go to Omaha NE for the Grand Nationals. I also won second place for DP ( dramatic performance). But what surprised me the most was that my school, won 3rd place overall for IE ( individual events). Why did this surprise me ? because I am the team. No one else from my school competed in this tournament.

Sara told me "the next time someone tells me there is no I in Team I can just show them my trophy " I love you Sara!

Let's Dance

My mom returned back in town just in time for my school dance. She had been out of town for the last month visiting my sisters. She surprised me by showing up 2 days earlier then expected so she could help me get ready for the dance. I'm sure my sisters were laughing about it. Thanks Mom, I think? ( I really am glad she's back)

Hell is about to freeze over....

In case you didn't already know: THE SAINTS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I have pictures with some of them (see previous post). =)

It's pretty awesome. And a shout-out to my sisters: thanks for not watching so they could win. One more time that's all I ask.

Oh and this is the longest party of all time: from the game vs the vikings to the Superbowl then from the Superbowl into Mardi Gras.....best party ever? Of. Course.

Anyway, Sister-with-small-monkey-present hope you fell better :) I'm sending reinforcements up there for you. And Sister-once-known-as-the-jackal hi....you should talk to me....online :)
